Ask About Coaching
For women in perimenopause, menopause, and the years after. One‑on‑one, at your pace, at home or online.
My work is simple: I help people get unstuck. Not because they don't know what they want. They usually do. It's the space between knowing and doing where people get stuck, and that's what we work on together.
This stage of life can turn a lot upside down at once. Sleep, energy, your body, your mood, and sometimes your whole sense of what comes next.
That's who Sara most loves working with. She takes the time to understand where you are now, then builds the coaching and the movement around that, not around who you were ten years ago.
Everyone's welcome, of course. But if this sounds like you, you're in the right place.
Meet Your Coach
Sara is not your average wellness coach. She has a law degree that's mostly collecting dust, and she homeschooled her kids all the way through, because let's face it, regular school was boring.
Then she went after the work she actually loves. She's a certified yoga teacher, a Pilates instructor, and a life coach, and most of the women she works with get some of all three.
Expect a fair bit of sass. She's not there to tell you what to do. She'd much rather help you find out what you can do.
Let's get moving.
What Sara Offers
